The breakfast is large with many options, has outstanding food. They have Wheelchair Accessible rooms with a balcony and A/C, for instance and care about everyone.

All in all everything was really good, had a very very good stay for 4 nights. Had perfect location close to the city center, near Bike it. And we were just next door to the restaurant at Dinner, the centre of the south side and Dublin.

This hotel was absolutely fantastic. The decor was an eclectic mix of Alice in Wonderland meets Morrocco! The staff were extrememly friendly and very helpful when asked advice on places to visit, good restaurants and good bars. The guest rooms are clean and well kept with lovely luxurious bathrooms and include ironing facilities, tea and coffee making facilities, a fan (as the rooms do get quite hot and there is no ac) and plenty of electrical sockets for appliances. The hotel provides a free wifi service which is useful when looking up some of the tourist attractions. Breakfast was absolutely fantastic with a wide variety of continental breakfast and cooked breakfast, self service buffet means you can have as much as you like so often you didn't need lunch when out and about exploring the city. The location of the hotel is perfect for anyone new to Dublin as you really are in the heart of everything and therefore the city becomes easy to navigate round. The city shopping is round the corner, bus stops for bus tours (highly recommended) are close by and the vibrant streets of Temple Bar are just a short walk away!!
The guest rooms do become very hot even on overcast days, however a fan is provided (as there is no air conditioning) and this did the trick. On arrival we were given false information of the timings of Breakfast (weekdays are different to weekends as we found out!) and on our last day we ended up going down to breakfast late, however the staff were extrememly accommdating and as we had paid for our breakfast they had the kitchens cook us an a la carte breakfast for no extra charge!

Staff were lovely, convenient location for Shopping & Sightseeing in Dublin, Good Value for Money. Also convenient if you are going to the O2 or Croke Park.
The rooms are very warm, no air conditioning, a fan is provided. But this was only a minor issue. No late night room service, not good when you get back late and need a night snack!

Everything is ok in this fantastic hotel, very close to the city centre but in a quiet area of the city, the environment is very nice, the room is big, with free wifi and really very clean and all the stafff is very friendly and helful. For sure it will be my place in my next trip to Dublin.

comfortable bed. proximity to conference facilities at Trinity College.
This hotel bills itself as "one of Dublin's best". I would disagree. I encountered a dusty 3x3 meter room, torn curtain, no clock, towels that smelled of vinegar, absence of towel rack, poor quality breakfast, and unprofessional front desk staff. I was very disappointed in the hotel and would not recommend it again.

fantastic base for exploring dublin's best attractions on foot
I had the pleasure of enjoying the amazing service from Natashe, who welcomed us with kindness and helped us navigate our first night in Dublin, and I loved the close proximity to the Irish Whiskey Museum, just a short stroll away. This place offers comfortable rooms and friendly staff, perfect for solo travelers looking to explore the city.
